Going outdoors is good, but doing healthy things many not be a completely healthy thing to do: if
you don’t do your stuff in the right way, what should be good may en up
being bad; there are also many different styles when it comes to trekking and walking;
some people prefer to start slowly, while others begin trailblazing with
no pause at all for a couple of hours.
So what do you do if you want to change your life and start going outdoors? Where do you learn something about the whole business? Where do you start?
